a) Experience with digital content management (DCM) solution design and implementation for broadcast media companies
b) Clear understanding of digital media specific storage and distribution challenges
c) Clear understanding of digital content rights management issues in a multi-channel content acquisition and distribution model
d) Clear understanding of post production digital media work-flows, including multi-channel distribution
e) Exposure to and understanding of various DCM software solutions
f) Experience directly working with business and technology teams at media clients
g) Experience to deliver under tight deadlines
h) Self-drive and ability to work with little oversight and guidance
i) Minimum 8 years work-experience
