HR BUSINESS PARTNER: Location: São Paulo Role and Responsibilities Employee relations champion: Drive employee engagement initiatives resulting in effective employee advocacy. Enabler: Coach managers and employees on subjects such as company processes, policy, career, and leadership. Provide Coach and Guidance to Managers & Supervisors on development, talent management and engagement Key role in enhancing communication process helping managers to provide the understanding of global and local strategies On boarding and assimilation of local hires into Wipro culture, policies, processes Conduct Skips, NMAs, 1X1, Attrition Analysis Education & Experience: Graduate in Human Resources from a premier college, with approximately 5 years of work experience. This position will require availability to travel within São Paulo to Curitiba and Argentina.
