OFFICE MANAGER & EXEC. ASSISTANT:
Location: Sao Paulo Role & Responsibilities OFFICE Maintenance of the office by organizing office operations and procedures Point of contact for all building related matters All paper product and office product ordering and maintenance of office equipment and contracts All ordering of kitchen supplies Business Visa applications, preparation of invite letters Basic HR Duties if required Invitation letters Oversee Reception/ Meeting room reservations Setting up New Hire in Sales/ Management regarding Laptop/mobile Phone/desk/ desk phone etc Relationship with all Geo Business Vendors SUPPORT Liaison with Legal Council Minute taking for various meetings Maintenance and management of Geo Head’s calendar Maintenance of 1:1 meetings with Sales Leaders and Practice Leaders on a monthly basis Expenses for Geo Head Submission of expenses for Team Maintaining of relationships with TBOT, CORE Etc. Filing and Record Maintenance Some invoice reconciliation Any other duty as assigned Required Skills Under graduate degree in Business Admin/ Economics or related Fluent English required Fluent Spanish desirable Good communication, relationship & organizational Skills Analytical/ number Skills 5-8 Yrs exp. in business environment desirable, at least 3 years Versatile/ hands on personality Enviar CV p/ kharinna.leonardo@wipro.com
